Interviewing Staff
CSSM's Survey Research Services interviewing staff is hired on a project-by-project basis. All interviewers are trained in general interviewing techniques as well as individual project specifics. In addition, all of CSSM's interviewers have completed Iowa State University's mandatory training and certification process in human subjects research. Experienced CSSM interviewers who have received additional training also function as quality control monitors and/or shift supervisors.
