Ozkan Zengin
Assistant Scientist. Oz is an econometrician with experience in developing statistical software. He has been with CSSM for over 3 years and works primarily on NRI sample selection, data analysis, and estimation software development. He also works with staff to implement statistical methods developed through research activities. Oz has a BA in Economics from Macalester College, an MA in Economics from Duke University, and a PhD in Economics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
